There are several factors to consider when determining what should be included as escrow materials. Most importantly, you need to determine what it takes to support or maintain the software.
Escrow materials need to be deposited to EscrowTech India via mail, hand-delivering the deposit materials, or using a courier service. Physical media like hard drives, tapes, DVD, or CD is preferred. When submitting the Escrow Materials it is the responsibility of the customers to ensure that the Escrow Material is not damaged.
